  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sale periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of unstitched fabric products, please review the following return guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • You received the wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color variation due to screen differences
  • Customized or stitched products
  • Minor thread or weaving variations (as these are common in fabric products)

Return Process

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue details.

  • Share clear images/videos of the product.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
